Instead, a series of investigations are carried out before a GP will conclude that Parkinson\u2019s is the probable cause of a patient\u2019s symptoms.<\/p>\n<p>But all this could soon change, which means those with the disease may be able to get a definitive diagnosis up to ten years earlier than is currently the case. And it\u2019s all thanks to Joy Milne, Honorary Lecturer at The University of Manchester, and her super nose.<\/p>\n<p>You can read more about the breakthrough over on <a
