Taking place in Sackville Street Building\u2019s stunning Great Hall, this one day event showcased the final year project work of DFB students from a range of degrees.<\/p>\n<p>Among the pounding music and the vibrant displays, I encountered a host of interesting people who were hugely excited by the projects they\u2019d put together here in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.materials.manchester.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">School of Materials<\/a>. And so they should be. From underwear ranges, to digital innovations, via the textile designs of the future, everyone I spoke to was working on something that they should be very proud of.<\/p>\n<p>I could go on, but I think it would be difficult for me to do the event and the students justice.
