About
Nuclear Hitchhiker aims to provide a platform for nuclear students and early career researchers to publish their opinions, interpretations and reflections on topics related to nuclear news, experiences and culture.
From opinions on international policy decisions to book reviews about nuclear legacy, we give voice to the next generation of nuclear professionals.
Our audience is everybody who is interested in how nuclear students and early career researchers interpret the world around them, especially prospective nuclear students who are considering pursuing a career in nuclear. We will try our best to authentically represent the lives and thoughts of students who chose to study nuclear.
Nuclear Hitchhiker is run by PhD students from the GREEN (Growing skills for Reliable Economic Energy from Nuclear) Centre for Doctoral Training, a consortium of the five universities of Lancaster, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester and Sheffield. Find out more at the GREEN CDT website.
